Partners in Biga and Kraków completed the first round of field documentation. Sessions were recorded with players ranging from nine to seventy-eight years old, and each game was played before it was written down.
The visits confirmed one of the projects working assumptions: the people who remember these games best are rarely the people who run organised sport, which is exactly why the documentation has to happen now.
